The Festival City Rotary Club was pleased to present Past President Jack West with a Paul Harris Fellowship at its last meeting. President Kent (L) and Club Secretary Diane Yundt (R) presented Jack (Centre) with the award citing his leadership, service to the Club, participation in all Club events, and his ability to make short pants look good. Congratulations Jack!
